Elliott Parts & Services, Inc. was established in 1997 by Dave Elliott to meet the needs of an industry where high-quality UST and underground piping installers were hard to find.  EPS was operated as a small, family-run company for 15 years.  During that time, Dave and his crew completed projects for national C-store chains, government bodies and independently owned stations, and established ongoing relationships with many of these entities.

In 2012, long-time employees Gabe Elliott and Matt Carmichael assumed management positions and began steering the company towards larger projects both within and outside of Colorado.  Gabe and Matt, along with Nicole DeBacker, purchased the company in 2016 and continue to actively manage its operations today.   Under their leadership, EPS has continued to expand and develop industry relationships in exciting and innovative ways.
